Can you believe that in one short month we will be meeting in Philadelphia to celebrate ECA's 100^th anniversary!  Please be sure to pre-register for the convention - the deadline for Early Bird registration rates is March 30^th (save $15 or more off the cost of regular convention registration by taking a few minutes and completing the on-line registration form!).  When registering for the convention, be sure to renew your ECA membership - the grace period for non-renewals ends March 31^st.  Just a few reminders as you begin finalizing your convention plans: 

•  Don't be left out of the 100^th anniversary excitement - be sure to register for the Centennial Luncheon on Friday (April 24^th). The cost for the buffet luncheon is $20 - Centennial Scholars will be honored and the Centennial Video will be premiered at this event.      
• Authors of the Centennial Volume will be available for a book signing immediately after the luncheon - be sure to have your copy of this keepsake by pre-ordering your copy now for the discounted rate of $59.50 (pre-orders will be available for pick-up at the convention).  A VERY limited number of copies will be available for purchase at full price ($69.95) at the convention.

• Still haven't made your hotel reservations?  The Sheraton Society Hill is sold out, but you're in luck!  There are still a limited number of rooms available at the Hyatt Regency Penn's Landing ($179/night).  Please phone the hotel directly at 215-928-1234 to make your reservations (don't forget to mention that you're with the ECA convention to ensure that you get the discounted rate!)
